A PINCH OF ... 

A traditional Maltese dish made with a rustic country bread, tomatoes and olive oil, topped with olives, anchovies, capers, tuna or peppers.

Created in 1953 for the Coronation Luncheon for Queen Elizabeth II, this remains a favourite today although it is perhaps better known as a great sandwich filling.
