A colourful carrot salad with aromatic flavours - simple to make, kid-friendly and a great side dish for a family summer gathering.

This traditional soup is eaten throughout Eastern Europe and there are a number of variations. Delicious served with sour cream on top.

A tasty carrot soup and one of my favourites, handed down from my mother. It is something she made in large quantities for the freezer.
